- Six years at HFI working on over 40 projects - from customer
service applications in the travel, cable, and mail order industries,
to kiosks for mixing paint.
- Three years as an Air Force Standardization and Evaluation Officer.
Responsible for simplifying the user interface and writing operations
manuals, checklists, and standards.

Visual Basic prototyping, process improvement, with a "minimalist"
approach to interface design (doing what it takes to get the job
done quickly and efficiently while making it as easy as possible
for the end user).
