Telecommunications systems are at HFI's core. Company president Eric Schaffer worked first at AT&T Long Lines, then for four years at Bell Labs. He did human factors design and development work on accounting systems and advanced office technology. Eric participated in the development of the Bell System Procedures (BSP) on Human Factors. |
