HFI India started up in January 2000 in Mumbai. The objective was
to provide the highest quality usability engineering services from
this part of the world. HFI India has grown from staff strength
of 5 usability engineers in 2000 to a 110 strong operation at this
point in time.
HFI India has also started operations in Singapore and China, and has a growing
portfolio of work in HongKong and Australia. HFI India obtained
ISO certification in early 2004, thus becoming the only certified
usability consulting operation in the world.
Dr. Jianming Dong is new Chief of Technical Staff for HFI Asia
Dr. Jianming Dong joins HFI as Chief of Technical Staff for HFI Asia, and Managing Director of HFI Greater China.
Jianming has over 10 years of experience managing and conducting leading-edge user experience research at major companies like eBay and IBM. As Chief of Technical staff, Dr. Dong will oversee all technical programs and projects in Asia. As Managing Director, he'll also be responsible for developing business strategies and guiding the operations of the HFI Greater China office. Find out more...
