Site MapUser Experience for a Better World The following organizations have demonstrated a level of user experience maturity that qualifies them as a Certified Practice in Usability™ (CPU).
Level III: Has the essential infrastructure, team and organization support, so as to be able to deliver selected usable designs. This provides a foundation for the development of a complete infrastructure and adequate resources for routine delivery of usable designs.
Level IV: Has a complete usability engineering infrastructure, core team and organization support, so as to be able to deliver some usable designs. This provides a foundation for full integration of user centered practices into their culture and the buildup of the resources sufficient to routinely deliver usable designs.
Level V: Has a complete usability engineering infrastructure, staffing and organization support, so as to be able to routinely deliver usable designs. This is a mature usability practice with solid industrial strength user centered design operations and capabilities. For these organizations, usability has become a routine part of the design practice and culture.
