Beeky the Researcher and Big Bucks the Manager are looking over the usability test results of an application. The conversion rate of the application is four per cent and failure rate is 96 per cent. Big Bucks the Manager has run out of cash and looks withered. Each team member is volunteering to rework his or her aspect of the project.

Frank the Analyst says, "I can do task decomposition." Art the Visual Artist says, "I'll draw it again." Monty the Programmer says, "I can recode in a faster linoop interphrase assembly language." Beaky the Analyst wonders if there is more research needed.
