Initial Plan

Big Bucks the Manager says, "We release in 40 days." The rest of the team which includes Beeky the Researcher, Frank the Analyst, Monty the Programmer, and Art the Visual Designer. Eric looks on stricken.

Each team member is working on his specific task. Frank the Analyst is in a state of panic. Monty the programmer is hard at work coding. Art the Visual Designer is working at an easel and "being artistic." Beeky the Researcher is in deep thought.

Eric is unhappy by the disorganized approach. He is working out a plan for the team on a piece of paper and says, "When the going gets tough, the tough stay organized."

Gist: When time is tight, being systematic is everything. Don't skip the plan.
