Insights of the Data Gathering

Beeky the Researcher is elated. He is in holding tons of research data.

Beeky goes to the Research Report Storage Room and admires the humongous research paper work that is spread in front of him.

However, Eric comes out of the storage room holding only a handful of research data. Eric tells Beeky to "Just document the things that really matter to the design."

Gist: The secret is to document only as much detail as is necessary to help you do your work. Reams of task analysis that document every response and testing event are counter productive.
