Kickoff Presentation

Eric enthusiastically explains the brief of the project to Stakeholder 1. He then repeats the same to Stakeholder 2.

Eric starts losing steam by the time he is done explaining the same to Stakeholder 3. When he on with the Stakeholder 4, he is completely exasperated.

Eric finally learns that it is best to make one presentation to all stakeholders… rather than meeting them individually. It saves time, money and energy.
