Interface Translation Specification
Eric is standing in front of a translation machine putting quarters into it.
The machine translates from English to Spanish.
Big Bucks asks Eric, "How many more quarters". He has a big tray of quarters but looks concerned. Eric looks sheepish and says, "Maybe next time we use fewer words."
Gist: Translation is expensive. It often can cost 25 cents per word. Certainly try to keep the text tight if translation is planned. Also, look for efficient ways to translate. |
