Over the past 15 years, Giovanni Piazza has gained significant experience in Knowledge Management, Document Management, Workflow Management, Enterprise Intranet/Enterprise Portal Architecture and Learning Organization—and is a recognized thought and action leader in these fields.

As the Global Director for Ernst & Young's KWeb Program, Giovanni is responsible for all aspects of E&Y's knowledge sharing environment, tools, processes, procedures, applications and technologies —currently used by more than 100,000 professionals at E&Y. He is also part of the executive team that is responsible for implementing global best practices for E&Y's Center for Business Knowledge.
