Hitesh Agrawal, M.S., CUA, has over 4 years of applied Human
Factors and Interface Design experience. He joined Human Factors
International, India in 2002 and now works as a Project Manager.
He has worked on various projects for clients in industries ranging
from payroll services to banking, healthcare, telecom and technology.
Hitesh received his master's degree in Industrial Engineering
from Clemson University, Clemson, SC and his bachelor’s
degree from Nagpur University, India.
His technical qualifications include design, task analysis, prototyping,
testing, usability enhancement and interpersonal communication.
He has worked extensively on creating customized Web standards,
prototyping tools, and standard templates per client requirements.
He has worked on various design projects through the entire process
of the Usability Engineering Life Cycle, maintained a state of
the art usability lab, and tested various business applications
with customers and clients.
Hitesh is also HFI's Center of Excellence (CE) team lead for
Anthem and other clients. The CE teams include usability specialists,
graphic designers, and prototypers who work together to deliver
world-class user-centered design support and solutions.
