Connection:
for optimum viewing, a fast connection is recommended (DSL, Cablemodem, T1, etc.)

Audio:
Sound comes through your computer speakers/headphones, requiring sound capabilities. There is no telephone dial-in to hear the webcast.

You can test your equipment by going to Powerstream's . If you are unable to view this test properly, you may have local firewall issues that your IT department can address, or require an upgrade to a more recent version of Windows Media Player. Some IE 7 users may need to lower their security settings at Tools > Internet Options > Security.
