Drew has worked in the field of systems development and project management since 1978. He has experience as a programmer, systems analyst, data administrator, project leader, and project manager. He now works for Human Factors International, Inc. as a Project Director and Course Instructor.

Drew emphasizes the business/user perspective of systems design. His expertise focuses on strategic systems planning, user task analysis and human factors-based interface design. Drew designs high-level user-interface architectures and detailed layouts for applications and Web sites. He develops requirements, analyzes and redesigns task flows, designs detailed screens, and conducts usability tests.

Currently Drew analyzes complex computer-human interface issues and designs interfaces to improve the usability and efficiency of user applications. He is an experienced project manager, and is often called upon to conduct special corporate projects. He has led dozens of interactive workshops, and teaches courses on user-centered design and usability testing for HFI.
