Nigel Grace is the Managing Director for Europe.
Mr. Grace has been with HFI since 1993, when he began as
a regional sales manager. During this time, Mr. Grace advanced
to Director of Business Development and established long-term
relationships with clients throughout the western United States
and Europe, including Bell Canada, Chevron Texaco, Hewlett
Packard, Intel, and Sun Microsystems. He is now Managing Director for HFI's operations in Europe.

Elisa del Galdo is Chief Technical Officer for Europe
Elisa joined HFI in 2005. Prior to joining HF, she ran her own consultancy 12 years – specializing in design, usability, and the internationalisation of products and systems. She has conducted user studies in 9 different languages and 14 countries spread over 5 continents, relying on empirical, contextual usability techniques. Her clients have included Schlumberger SEED, Vonage, Atos Origin, Coditex Electronics, Hewlett-Packard, Tony Stone Images, Anderson Consulting, Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques, Abbot Labs, and Bay Networks.

Scott Weiss is Executive Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa
Scott just joined HFI in February 2008. He is a keen advocate of usability and user-centred design, with a special interest in mobile user interface technologies and quantitative usability benchmarking. Scott joins HFI from New York, where he has been running the Usable Products Company, which he founded in 1996. He brings extensive experience in usability and design, having worked with a range of high profile clients, including Dun & Bradstreet, GlaxoSmithKline, Intel, Samsung and Vodafone. Prior to that, Weiss's career included roles at Apple, Microsoft, Sybase and Autodesk.

David Bell is Project Director at Human Factors Europe
David's specialties are user-centred design, project management in the mobile telecom and Web environments. He has an MSc in Advanced Methods in Computer Science – Human Computer Interaction from Queen Mary College, London University. As well as working on consulting projects for clients in Europe and South Africa, David also teaches HFI's user-centered design courses.

Jason Williams is Project Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa
Jason has worked at Human Factors since 2004, and has worked on a wide range of Web sites, intranets and applications, typically in the context of large, complex, multi-regional systems. Clients Jason has worked with include JPMorgan, HSBC, BBC, Sony Ericsson, Ernst & Young and Bosch. Before working for Human Factors, Jason worked for Sony, where he introduced a user centred design process into their main European R&D laboratories. Jason has an MA(Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Human Factors and a PhD in Cognitive Ergonomics.

Dipan Shah is Lead Usability Analyst for Europe
Dipan joined Human Factors in February 2007 and has worked as a Lead Usability Analyst on several Web projects within Europe and Asia for clients such as BT, JPMorgan, Citibank, and Vodafone. He has an MSc in Interactive Computing Systems Design (HCI) from Loughborough University. Prior to joining Human Factors, Dipan worked for a number of digital agencies and e-business services companies and has gained over 10 years of experience in the field of usability, interaction design and information architecture. His work has primarily been within the Web environment in the retail, hospitality, finance, government, automotive, and mobile phone sectors.
