We offer a wide range of public and onsite training in user-centered
design-giving you practical skills to make all your Web sites
and applications usable.
The four courses for certification include:
- Science and Art of Effective Web and Application Design
(Web)

Certified Usability Analysts pass an online examination demonstrating
their mastery of the fundamental principles of user-centered
design. Upon successful completion, CUAs receive an authenticated
certification diploma. You can take the CUA exam without taking
HFI courses.

"Excellent course. A great amount of info, but very
stimulating. Opens some doors to topics that our competitors
will surely be exploring, too." —Jeremy Harrington,
Usability, EDS, speaking about HFI's Putting Research into
Practice course.
