What it is

The HFI Framework™, based on The Schaffer-Weinschenk Method™ of user-centered design, is a complete user-centered design process. The HFI Framwork™ exemplifies ISO methodology

In her paper "Usability Engineering – Quality Approach (ISO 13407)," Anjoo Navalkar discusses the forthcoming ISO 13407 standard which provides a framework for user–centered development.
