This seminar, created by HFI's Chief of Training, Phil Goddard, Ph.D., is based on real-world studies of user behavior and the experience of HFI's senior usability experts and visual designers. The seminar presents an integrated balance of performance-based design principles and visual design principles. You will learn to create sites and applications that make sense to users while providing an enjoyable and compelling experience. The seminar includes special new sections on:
- large-scale content Web sites
- user-centered intranets
- designing Web and Windows™ application
