Participants can submit up to two (2) screens from their websites / applications. HFI experts will conduct a free usability audit and provide redesign recommendations.

Tip: Submit pages which are highly critical such as a home page, a registration form or a checkout page.

Note:

HFI reserves the right to cancel any course up to 10 (ten) days prior to the first day of the course. Registrants will be promptly notified and will receive a full refund or be transferred to the equivalent class of their choice within a 12-month period. HFI is not responsible for travel expenses or any costs that may be incurred as a result of cancellations. HFI reserves the right to change course venue.

Cancellation fee:

HK $1,500 processing fee if canceling three weeks before course start date. This fee can be refunded or applied as a discount to the course of your choice, to be used within one year. No refund or carry forward of processing fees if cancelling within three weeks of course start date.

No taping/recording permitted:

There will be no tape or video recording allowed in class. Students who have any disability that might affect their performance in this class are encouraged to speak with the instructor at the beginning of the class.

Human Factors International, Inc. intends that all participants will benefit from the course. We offer the best possible training in this field. If at any time during the first day of the course a participant notifies the instructor of his or her desire to withdraw, he or she may leave and receive a full refund. There is absolutely no risk to the participants or their companies.
