| Payment: | Registrations will be confirmed on receipt of advance payment towards the course registration fees. Payments will be accepted in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of "Human Factors International Pvt. Ltd.", payable in Pondicherry. Participants can also pay via online bank transfer, for details please mail the course coordinator.

| Note: | HFI reserves the right to cancel any course up to 10 (ten) days prior to the first day of the course. Registrants will be promptly notified and will receive a full refund or be transferred to the equivalent class of their choice within a 12-month period. HFI is not responsible for travel expenses or any costs that may be incurred as a result of cancellations. HFI reserves the right to change course venue. |
| Cancellation fee: | Rs.10, 000 (or Rs. 3000 per course) processing fee if canceling three weeks before course start date. This fee can be refunded or applied as a discount to the course of your choice, to be used within one year. No refund or carry forward of processing fees if cancelling within three weeks of course start date. |
| No taping/recording permitted: | There will be no tape or video recording allowed in class. Students who have any disability that might affect their performance in this class are encouraged to speak with the instructor at the beginning of the class. |
