UX 2.0: User experience in a Web 2.0 world
Web 2.0 refers to the tools, applications, designs, and patterns of use that are turning the Web into a social user experience. But how does this affect corporate Web sites, intranets, and knowledge-sharing? When does it make sense to use Web 2.0 technologies in a business environment, and how do you maintain a successful user experience? This workshop helps you answer these questions and develop a plan to address them. |
