“HFI provides sustained support for internal usability operations. This support takes the form of a complete and seamless suite. The suite has consistency of process, terminology, and
quality. You can choose from the facilities that will help your organization.”
As your internal UX practice matures, we provide ongoing support with strategic resources, training, certification and tools to maintain and grow your operation.
In addition, we offer supplemental support for advanced activities like UX strategies, innovation, persuasion engineering or cross-cultural design. We also provide mature organizations with dedicated teams on a long-term basis.
Long-term projects often require teams over a sustained period. HFI's Centers of Excellence (CE), comprised of usability experts, graphics and prototyping staff, work together with your UX team to meet long-term timelines—all this at a lower overall cost. You can also bring in our senior consulting staff for specialized services.
For over 30 years, HFI has provided project-level support to many Fortune 500 companies. Our teams work with your company, as per your conventions, and scale with your needs.
Note: CE teams are only available to organizations that have a Certified Practice in Usability at Level III.
Designing successfully for users across multiple cultures and catering to the vast diversity is challenging. Similarly, creating designs that will work in emerging markets requires special understanding of new ecosystems and managing their needs and limitations.
HFI's Institute for Customer Experience (ICE) knows just how to design for the world. Our experts from ICE offer you a specialized and successful framework so that you can deliver great customer experience across different geographies, economies and cultures.
HFI certification is industry recognized, enhancing your brand value and highlighting your commitment to customer-centricity. We offer certification for practitioners as well as organizations and products.
Our training, offered for your team at your location, allows us to focus on topics most relevant for your company. Choose the certification track that best suits your fresh or advanced practitioners, or even get specialty courses for special interests.
Large-scale user-centricity cannot be achieved by individual craftmanship alone. You require methods, standards, and knowledge management—available with HFI’s enterprise tools.
UX EnterpriseTM is the world’s most powerful UX asset management and design system, based on our 30 years of experience. Your practitioners will be able to design based on your organization’s cloud of UX data. UX Marketplace allows a global trade in UX objects. It’s the ideal way to work smarter to get all your projects started. You can author and manage objects and publish them too.
