    This evaluation is to find out if customers look forward to using your site or application and come back and also recommend it to others.

    COMPETITIVE REVIEW

    This method screens competitors' sites to provide insights into the competitive landscape. It can be combined with the UX and PET reviews to provide a holistic review.

    Conducted with representative customers or actual end users

    USABILITY TESTING

    This testing identifies ergonomic "bugs" and recommends precise design solutions. Remote Usability Testing (RUT) is carried out when classical testing sessions aren’t feasible.

    PERSUASION, EMOTION, AND TRUST (PETTM) SCAN

    We explore users' emotional reactions to current screens and the consequent impact on their decisions to recommend actionable improvements.

    CERTIFIED USABLE DESIGN (CUDTM)

    This indicates that a rigorous, standardized user-centered design process was followed and verifies the usability of the end design.
